What branding options do you offer?
We offer the following options for branding.
Embroidery: Embroidery machines, use a needle and coloured threads to recreate your logo into a stitched design
Vinyl Printing: Vinyl printing prints or cuts out your logo on a vinyl material, and then heat pressing that onto a garment.
Digital Printing: Full colour digital rotary printing, photo quality printing up to 1200dpi. Offering three different coverage options, from a small 50mm logo to a full-colour seamless 360 degree wrap (Hydro Flask only).

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
10 units upwards is the usual MOQ, this excludes samples.
What are your average lead times?
For plain stock, our average lead times are 7-10 working days.
For branded stock, our average lead times are 20-25 working days.
What format do you accept for logo set ups?
To ensure the best quality results, we ask for logos that are vectorised e.g. EPS or PDF/ However if these aren’t available, then we also accept basic image files such as png and jpeg.
What is your returns policy?
All items listed on our website, brochure & price list are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. For items outside of that they are non-returnable unless faulty.
Can I order samples?
Absolutely. Samples are subject to the above returns policy.
Do you offer other items (not on the website) from your brands?
Yes. The range listed on the website is the core top selling products that are stocked all year round, offer good continuity and work well for corporate orders; however, we can access any product from our brand partners (stock dependent), on the same pricing structure.
Is there free delivery on an order?
Delivery is charged on all orders, information on estimated costings can be seen here.
Can I place an order via your website?
No, we accept all orders by email confirmation and with company purchase order. Please email the team to check stock levels.
Does the website show stock levels?
Not currently. To confirm stock please just email the team. The items listed on our website are usually core well stocked items but do always check before placing an order. A stock system is in development for the future.
Do you operate in Europe?
Yes, as one of Europe’s leading premium brand suppliers, we offer our EU customers the full service through our distribution centre and branding facility based in The Netherlands.
