How to Personalise Your Order
1. Select your items in our product catalogue, and add to quote.
2. Specify your embroidery or print requirements in the comments before submitting.
3. Submit your order request. You will then be contacted to discuss artwork, prices, and delivery timescales.

Branding Methods
Embroidery
Embroidery machines, use a needle and coloured threads to recreate your logo into a stitched design. This is a durable approach, that will look professional and versatile for most garments and sizes.
Vinyl Printing
Vinyl printing prints or cuts out your logo on a vinyl material, and then heat pressing that onto a garment. This method is used on difficult-to-access areas, and garments that need to retain their waterproof quality.
Digital Printing
Full colour digital rotary printing, photo quality printing up to 1200dpi. Offering three different coverage options, from a small 50mm logo to a full-colour seamless 360 degree wrap. Helping your brands stand out!
Branding prices below are based on the size of your logo.
Small logos are up to a maximum size of 100mm, and large logos are any over 100mm in width or height. Large logos are subject to an additional charge, depending on the complexity of your logo design.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order, but there is a small order surcharge of £30 for all orders under £250 (ex VAT). Please note though if you require company personalisation our minimum order is 10 units for a new order, for re-runs of less than 10 units the set-up fee is £20.
What format do you accept for logo set ups?
To ensure the best quality results, we ask for logos that are vectorised e.g. EPS or PDF/ However if these aren’t available, then we also accept basic image files such as png and jpeg.
What are your average lead times?
For plain stock, our average lead times are 7-10 working days.
For branded stock, our average lead times are 20-25 working days.
What is your returns policy?
All items listed on our website, brochure & price list are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. For items outside of that they are non-returnable unless faulty.
Can I order samples?
Absolutely. Samples are subject to the above returns policy.
Do you offer other items (not on the website) from your brands?
Yes. The range listed on the website is the core top selling products that are stocked all year round, offer good continuity and work well for corporate orders; however, we can access any product from our brand partners (stock dependent), on the same pricing structure.
Do you operate in Europe
Yes, as one of Europe’s leading premium brand suppliers, we offer our EU customers the full service through our distribution centre and branding facility based in The Netherlands.
